So some time ago I started to build a Stormraven based on the Crux Pattern Stormraven using just the Valkyrie kit. It looked a little like this
In a radical move I have started to paint it up, very very slowly as is my want.
Now I know it has too many Assault Cannons for a Stormraven but I think it looks better when it’s symmetrical. Hopefully at some point before the end of the year I might have actually finished it.

Any chance of a picture with a Dreadnought hanging on to the back?
I have a slight problem in that I don’t actually have a dreadnought so I’m not sure how to attach it yet. I have an idea and some bits but it’s going to be a little bit of an adventure I think.
Step 1) Buy a dreadnought
Step 2) ????
Step 3) Finished Stormraven!

I imagine that Justinmatters and Furycat have Dreadnoughts knocking around somewhere. In fact I’m pretty sure I blew up 2 of Furycat’s on Wednesday. Don’t you have one somewhere? I thought you and Forkbanger had bought Assault on Black Reach a while ago.
I think it may require me to modify the dreadnought in some way to make it work sadly. I’ve been experimenting with the black reach one.
If you fit a magnet underneath that protusding piece of fuselage behind the cockpit, you could hang a dreadnaught with a matching magnet off that.
You can drill holes in your own dreadnaught, though. Leave mine alone.
I was thinking that or extending two pegs or magnets out of the back of the fuselage which would ride under the top armour plates on the Dreadnought. That would make it a bit more generic as pretty much any Dreadnought would fit without modification. I need to inspect a Non-Back Reach Dreadnought though and see.
